My pet Tota

Two years ago my friend Sara gave me two baby hamsters. Unfortunately, during those days I moved to another town. In the new house, they didn't admit animals. Then, I gave one to my friend Marlen and I kept the other one.

My little hamster is female, and her name is Tota. She eats everything, hamster's food, vegetables, candies, even chicken. I gave her all this food in small portions, of course, and not everyday.

I like her too much, she became the love of my life.

After a year to have of having her, she became sick. She couldn't walk very well, and she was acting strange. The veterinarian told me that she had her hip broken, and that she was old, and more illness will would come. She gave me medication, and told me that she had to make her a surgery to fix her hip. I was terrified to think the pain she will feel. So, I took my little pet and ran away.

After some time, Tota seemed to be happy and without pain. She is already two years and eleven months. She is the love of my life. In two months I'm going to another country, and I feel so sad to think that I have to leave her.

I used to travel with her all the time. Sometimes we go to visit her brother. But this time it's very different.
