Really, Samantha this is most discouraging. It's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between you and an ordinary household drudge.

ENDORA: Really, Samantha this is most discouraging. It's getting harder and harder to tell the difference between you and an ordinary household drudge.
SAMANTHA: Well, Mother, if you insist on popping in unannounced, you'll just have to take me as I am, housemaid's knee and all.
ENDORA: I must say I can't see where I went wrong. I brought you up as a proper witch, taught you the best incantations... and here you are, married to a mortal, down on your knees doing the most menial tasks... a fallen woman.
SAMANTHA: All right, mother, out with it! What's on your mind?

most discouraging	realmente desalentador, lo más desalentador
getting harder and harder	poniéndose más y más difícil
to tell the difference	notar/encontrar la diferencia. Note el uso del verbo to tell.
drudge	alguien que realiza un trabajo aburrido
to insist on something	insistir en algo. Note el uso de la preposición on.
to pop in	realizar una visita corta
unannounced	sin anunciarse
take me as I am	aceptarme como soy
where I went wrong	donde me equivoqué. To go wrong es equivocarse.
to bring somebody up	educar a alguien
a proper witch	una bruja decente
down on your knees	sobre tus rodillas
menial tasks	taras poco interesantes
a fallen woman	una mujerzuela
out with it!	Expresión para pedirle a alguien que diga lo que está pensando u ocultando. Equivale a 'largalo de una vez!', 'vamos, cuéntame!'.

DARRIN: Could you analyse these?
GRAND: Analyse? What kind of analysis? Mr. Stephens, I'm a druggist, not some kind of chemical engineer. If I was a chemist, do you think I'd be open on Sunday afternoon?
DARRIN: That's just it. All the laboratories are closed, and I'd like to find out what this stuff is as soon as possible. It's a matter of vital importance.
GRAND: Looks like dust.
DARRIN: It looks like dust. But I want you to find out if it really is.
GRAND: You think maybe you're allergic?
DARRIN: That's right. I'm afraid I'm allergic.
GRAND: And this by you is a matter of vital importance?
DARRIN: Look, Mr. Grand, just find out what it is. This one too. It's supposed to be tea.
GRAND: You're a good customer, so I'll do what I can. But I don't know about this afternoon. My wife's brother is coming in from out of town. By my wife, he's a matter of vital importance. So I'm closing the store an hour early...

to analyse	analizar. En inglés americano se escribe to analyze.
druggist	farmacéutico, persona que prepara medicinas
on Sunday afternoon	los domingos por la tarde. Note el uso de la preposición on.
that's just it	justamente
to find out something	encontrar algo
as soon as possible	tan pronto como sea posible
a matter of vital importance	un tema de importancia vital
it looks like something	parece algo. En este caso, it looks like dust significa 'parece polvo'.
to want somebody to do something	querer que alguien haga algo. Por ejemplo, 'I want you to study' significa 'Quiero que tú estudies'.
to be allergic to something	ser alérgico a algo
by you	para ti, según tu opinión
it's supposed to be	se supone que es
to come in from somewhere	venir de alguna parte
