A letter to a friend

Dear Valerie,

Thanks for your lovely letter. I'm very glad to hear that you're going to come to my country this summer. You can see beautiful countryside and scenery in many parts of the country, although the climate varies depending on the region.

If you want a place where it is hot but beautiful I'd advise you to go to Puerto Maldonado which is located in southeastern Peru. It's a region which has a beautiful river called Madre de Dios and an spectacular vegetation. You should visit the jungle lodge and enjoy there of delicious welcome drinks, and also the Monkey Island which is only 5 minutes from the lodge. All there is safe so you don't have to worry about anything, and you're sure to see a lot of wildlife while you're there such as caimans, turtles and other species of animals.

If I were you, I'd hire a car to have a city tour which is a best way of getting around. The best idea would be to hire it online before you leave home. Make sure that you take light clothes and some warm clothes just in case of rain.
