BREATHTAKING FLAT TO RENT

Would you like to live in a perfect flat in the heart of Sierra Morena?

This central flat is situated in La Carolina town. It's near the Delicias Square, between Madrid Avenue. It's two minutes away from the City Hall and the motorway.

It's a spacious flat on the first floor with three bedrooms, a big kitchen with a larder, a courtyard, a nice living-room with a balcony, a dining-room, a toilet, a beautiful bathroom and an enormous garage. The flat is fully equipped, it has wooden floors, but it hasn't got a lift.

It's in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, because now, there is a police station and there are security cameras. On the street, there are two supermarkets and there are a lot of trees.

It's a five-minute walk to the health centre, the bus station and a the court. If you want to go out with other friends, you'll be able to have any drink in some pubs or discos near to the block of flats.
