A different New Year's Eve

I'd never been in Vienna before. In the middle of December my husband and I were wondering what to do for the New Years Eve. We were feeling like doing something new and different.

Really we really were needing needed an escape. Suddenly, the great idea came to us. Why don't we go to Vienna...?

We just arrived in Vienna on the 31st about midday. We first went to the city center. What a majestic and elegant city! And what a splendid buildings!

It was about 4p.m. and all the streets were in holiday there. What a wonderful lighting! Beautiful and classic lamps were hanging up in the streets. It was a lovely scenery.

Every street had different stages with different kinds of music and orchestras. It was really cold, but people didn't seem to worry about it and everybody were on a spree, drinking, eating, and dancing. Everybody was happy.

The truth is that we got contagied with that fun was spread to us and we finished the year and started the New Year dancing a waltz in the street. Delightful!
