A strange woman

It was a sunny gorgeous day and Peter was working in his shop as always, but what he didn't know was that something special was going to happen. An elegant attractive woman, wearing a lovely white dress entered the shop. She was looking for a magazine. By that time, Peter was so astonished that he wasn't able to ask her name nor say hello.

The following day Peter was talking to his friend Tom. 'She is the most marvelous girl I've ever seen, I swear', Peter said. Then Tom said 'Well, man, I think you fell in love' and left the room.

A few minutes later Peter was reading the newspaper and there was a headline which said a woman had crashed her car and died, and he couldn't believe his eyes when he saw the picture of the girl he had met the previous day. He was surprised but then he realized that the newspaper was old and that all had happen a week before so he asked himself 'Did I see a ghost?'

Two weeks later, Peter was at work writing a letter to Tom, who was abroad, telling him that he had never seen the girl again, when suddenly somebody entered the shop. It was the woman wearing the same clothes but this time she walked straight where Peter was and asked him 'Would you mind helping me with my car?'

He was petrified and couldn't think, even breathe, but finally something came to his mind. Peter put down his pen and turned to answer her but she had gone.
