I write to send you the recipe I talked to you about.

Sometimes, I am alone in my house because my parents go out for dinner, or go out to my village house. Therefore, I have to resort to my famous recipe.

It's the only recipe that I know. The people usually say that this recipe is very easy, but it has its own technique.

My famous recipe is fried eggs.

The main ingredients are: eggs (perfectly clear) and a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

You will also need too a frying pan and a spatula.

The first thing you have to do is break the eggshell. You can hit the egg against a window, a door, some people hit it against their own forehead, but the most usually way is to hit the egg against a dish or the border of the table. This hit should be precise because If you hit the egg too heavy, you could see egg even on the ceiling.

When the egg will be breaks, you have to put it in the frying pan, but before that, you have to heat the oil into the frying pan until it will be boiling boils.

Cook until the white looks solid and it will be ready to eat.

You can eat this one in a sandwich too. For this, you can put the fried egg into the bread by accompanying the egg with other ingredients like tomato, lettuce, even with sirloin steaks. This sandwich was very famous in an old restaurant that there was in Albacete.
