My last birthday

I celebrated my last birthday with my friends. We had dinner in at an American restaurant called TGI Friday's ("Thank God it's Friday").

We chose Friday's because they had a "two for one" promotion for dinners on that date. I like this restaurant very much but I am not used to going there because it's a bit expensive (about thirty euros per person). So, when I saw this promotion announced, I thought it would be a great opportunity to have dinner there.

The dinner was delicious and it wasn't expensive. It cost us about 20 euros per person but we ate a lot. We order some starters, a main course each one and desserts. After dinner we drank a fabulous cocktail, prepared by the barman of the restaurant.

The only problem was that the restaurant didn't make reservations. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was full of people and the staff told us that we would have to wait about 1 or 2 hours. Luckily, we only had to wait 30 minutes.

When we finished, we went to dance dancing to a disco near there.

It was a really funny night, especially because all my best friends were there.
