That trip was a nightmare

Today when my wife and I remember that trip we can't help laughing. We went to a famous hotel on the coast and it was really disappointing. The rooms at the hotel and the service were terrible.
First, when we arrived at the hotel, my wife and I had to wait at reception for two long hours because there was no room for us. Then our room didn't have a sea view as we had requested and it was
also smaller than the one on the brochure.
Finally my wife got sick the second day of our holiday after eating a meal at the hotel. Our holiday was completely ruined. Therefore, I demanded a full refund of the money I paid.
Among other things, when we returned we had only gone a few kilometres when the car broke down.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
