World Cup 2006

It was the last world cup and it was celebrated in Germany.
Spain, my country, took place with a good national team (in theory), but in practice, they failured failed, because they were played off by France (which
finished the championship in second place).
In the match Spain vs. France, Spain scored the first goal and we all thought that they could win and get to semifinals or even the final, but France mostrated
showed that it was a better team and finally won 3-1.
As usual, we thought to be the champions in theory, but in practice... But we didn't learn the lesson, so the journalists and supporters believe that we can be the champions at the next Euro Cup.
