Living in a flat

I'm going to talk about advantages and disadvantages of living in a flat.

I believe living in a flat has many advantages. Flats are more modern and comfortable than the houses. So, everybody likes living in a flat.

Flats are safer, too. Some buildings have policemen. There is a doorman who cleans the building and there is an administrator who administers the building.

If you work hard, you can rent a flat because nowadays the flats are small and cheap. Buildings have huge garages where you can keep your car.

 I think living in a flat also has some disadvantages. Buildings have some services which are expensive. Generally, people don't talk to their neighbours. Everybody is reserved.

You can't have any pet and you can't make noise. Some flats don't have a garden. There are flats which have gardens but they're small and uncomfortable. And sometimes the lifts don't work well.

I prefer living in a flat to living in a house. I have always lived in a flat. Therefore, I think they're comfortable.
