Choose two or three pictures from a magazine or newspaper. Try to use one picture of people and the others should be of different places or objects.

Show the pictures to the students in any order. In groups of two to four, they should discuss about the pictures and invent an story that relates the images between them.

They don't need to write the story, they can speak up all the ideas. In turns they should tell the story to the other groups.

You can also record on tape the whole activity and make the students hear themselves to correct their own mistakes.
