Make your students find any English words in local newspapers or magazines. The idea is to make them identify the use of these words in the local press.
They will be surprised at the quantity of English words used in financial newspapers clips, magazine advertisements or recipes.
Make them look up the meaning in the dictionary and make them think why those words are used instead of the local language equivalents.
